TRÊS IGREJAS

Cured cheese, manufactured with a mixture of pasteurized cow, sheep and goat milk. It is a hard cheese, with a slightly fruity aroma derived from a 2-month cure process. Excellent option as a delicacy or to add on a cheese board.

We advise its tasting with slices and at room temperature.
