TRÊS IGREJAS GROUND PEPPER
Cured cheese, with a mixture of pasteurized cow, sheep and goat milk. It is a hard cheese with a slightly acid aroma from the Ground Pepper. Excellent option as a delicacy or to add on a cheese board.
We advise its tasting with slices and at room temperature.
