SERRAMONTE
Cured cheese manufactured with sheep milk, hard cheese with a 12 month cure. Its traditional production makes this a unique , distinctive cheese. Its taste and aroma are intense due to the characteristics of sheep milk and its long term cure. By itself or with a little honey it can become a delicious dessert. It is also an excellent option as a digestive after meals.
We advise a tasting with slices and at room temperature.
