Cured cheese manufactured with sheep milk. Possessing all the regional and traditional charisma it stands out for its soft and sophisticated flavour and the mixture of aromas where spices and toasted grains give a hint of dried fruit like hazelnut. Perfect for finishing a meal together with a full-bodied wine from the region.

We advise a tasting with slices and at room temperature.
