It is manufactured with whey taken from the sheep milk in the fresh cheese, which is again subject to heat.

White as snow, soft as wool, it has a mild but very characteristic taste. The cottage cheese has been gaining many fans due to its nutritional balance.
It is ideal to combine with other ingredients such as salads, pasta, herbs, spices, nuts, honey or the irresistible pumpkin jelly, among others.
