REGIONAL

Regional is a traditional cheese manufactured with cow, goat and sheep pasteurized milk. It has an aroma like fresh cream and a light and slightly acid flavour. Appreciated as a starter or a dessert. Ideal with regional bread.

We advise its tasting with slices and at room temperature.
