REGIONAL ALENTEJANO
Traditional and characteristic cheese from Alentejo, produced with three pasteurized milks of cow, goat and sheep. With a pressed paste and velvety texture, it is a very balanced cheese with a light and slightly acidic flavour. Ideal as a starter or dessert, accompanied with regional bread.
We advise tasting it in slices and at room temperature.
