REGIONAL ALENTEJANO WITH BASIL & THYME

Traditional and characteristic cheese from Alentejo, produced with three pasteurized milks of cow, goat and sheep. With a pressed paste and velvety texture, it is a very balanced cheese flavoured with basil and thyme. Ideal for get-togethers and snacks, accompanied with regional bread.

We advise tasting it in slices and at room temperature.
