Cured cheese manufactured with goat milk. With an unmistakable flavour of medium intensity, this is a hard cheese with a soft texture and unique flavour and aroma. Ideal for tasting together with white wine or served as a starter/dessert with ‘saloio’ bread.
We advise a tasting with slices and at room temperature.
