MESTIÇO DE TOLOSA IGP

Manufactured with a mixture of goat and sheep raw milk, it is a cured cheese IGP (Protected Geographic Indication). Semi-soft cheese with the typical aroma of a mixed cheese and a slightly acid and spicy flavour.

We advise a tasting with slices and at room temperature.
