Cured cheese manufactured in a very wise and careful way with processed cow milk with an intense and unique flavour, mild aroma and hard consistency. It should be served in cubes or thick slices. Ideal as an appetizer or a dessert, on a cheese board.

We advise its tasting at room temperature.
