HALF FAT FRESH CHEESE

Fresh cheese, as its names indicates, is a cheese that doesn’t go through maturing and is a result of milk coagulation due to the addition of rennet.

Manufactured with selected cow milk, it is an excellent, healthy and nutritious option. With its mild taste and soft texture, it is versatile and appropriate for a number of culinary uses for every occasion. Also very important, it is a healthy source of calcium, appropriate for all ages.
