NISA DOP

Manufactured with raw sheep milk, it is a DOP (Protected Origin Denomination) cheese. Respecting the tradition, this cheese has travelled along the times reaching our days with the same look and flavour. An intense cheese with an unmistakable aroma and texture with a slightly acid and spicy hint.

We advise a tasting in slices and at room temperature.
