AZEITÃO DOP

This is a sheep cheese and a reference in the national cheese overview since it is part of the restrict national DOP cheese batch.
Manufactured with raw sheep milk, it has an incredibly buttery texture and an unmistakable aroma. Its flavour is slightly spicy with a mix of acid and salt.

We advise a tasting with slices and at room temperature.
