Cured goat cheese with a mildly buttery texture and a slightly sweet flavour. It presents characteristic aromas especially toasted hazelnuts.
Excellent option as a delicacy together with rustic bread or to add on a cheese board.

We advise a tasting with slices and at room temperature.
