PALHAIS RUSTIC WITH PAPRIKA

Cured goat cheese with a slightly buttery texture and a soft Paprika covering. It is characterized by a minimal acid and slightly sweet flavour. Excellent option as a delicacy together with rustic bread or to add on a cheese board.

We advise a tasting with slices and at room temperature.
