CERRADO DO VALE WITH PAPRIKA
Cured cheese manufactured with sheep milk with Paprika coating. The time of cure it is subject to makes it a cheese with an even stronger aroma and flavour. A cheese for true lovers of intense and distinctive flavour. It is an excellent option to use as a digestive after meals.
We advise a tasting with slices and at room temperature.
