CERRADO DO VALE AMANTEIGADO

Buttery cheese manufactured with sheep milk. It is one of the most appreciated cheeses in Portugal known for its buttery texture, characteristic aroma and intense flavour. Ideal for spreading on a toast, a slice of regional bread or with jam.

We advise a tasting with slices and at room temperature.
