ALAVÃO WITH BLACK TRUFFLE

Alavão is a pasteurised cured cow’s milk cheese, with a semi-firm texture, flavoured with black truffle.

Black truffle enhances the spectacular natural flavour of this cheese and brings about a perfect balance that invites the senses to explore its layers of flavour and texture.

Alavão can be enjoyed on its own or combined with crusty bread, fresh grapes, nuts or jams. It is also an ideal complement to salads, pasta dishes and risottos, bringing a sophisticated gourmet touch to any dish.

We advise its tasting with slices and at room temperature.
