This Board Selection, meant to the true lovers of cheese, is composed of three best seller cheese wedges which are awarded nationally and internationally: one of 12-month long cure sheep cheese; one of cured goat cheese and one of mixed cow, sheep and goat milk with a 6-month long cure. The three are manufactured with 100% Portuguese milk.

As for its packaging, these boards are 100% sustainable, 100% recyclable and have less than 75% plastic.
