Sliced Emmental Cheese

Our Emmental cheese slices are made with selected cow’s milk, are rich in protein and a source of calcium, phosphorus and vitamins.

It has a medium consistency and characteristic internal holes. The flavour is mild, fruity and slightly sweet.
It is ideal to enjoy in a sandwich and goes very well with ham, fruit or jams.
